Temporary adjustment of Fuel Surcharge effective March 16, 2026

Due to the rapid and significant developments in the fuel market, we, like others in the transport industry, are experiencing increased costs from suppliers and business partners.

Fuel prices are currently highly volatile, primarily as a result of ongoing developments in the Middle East.

As these substantial fluctuations in fuel costs are entirely beyond our control, they must be regarded as a force majeure event.

Adjustment:

In order to manage these exceptional fluctuations in a fairer and more balanced manner, we will temporarily increase our fuel surcharge by 9 percentage points in addition to the current FSC, effective March 16, 2026.
As most of our customer agreements are based on our standard FSC model, this means the FSC will increase from 23.8% to 32.8%.

Thereafter, the FSC will be reviewed and adjusted on a weekly basis until fuel prices have stabilized.

This means:

• More frequent updates to the fuel surcharge, changing from monthly to weekly
• Reduced lag in adjustments during periods of rapid fuel price movements
• Weekly FSC adjustments may increase or decrease depending on developments in fuel costs

We are monitoring the situation closely and hope to see market conditions stabilize as soon as possible.
